I cannot recommend this agent to anybody. It was not clear to me whether they are real professional realty agents or they were doing it just for fun. My friend and I found many problems of the house, and we kept asking them to fix them, which they kept ignoring. It was not simply pleasant to live in a house that they offered, and their attitude was just disgusting. So if you already have a contract with them, or if you have no other choice, you have to be strong and persistent. Otherwise, I suggest you avoid them as much as possible.

My experience with them was not that bad, but we don't think they are super helpful either...They are slow in responding (or simply ignore our emails), but they get upset if we don't respond their emails for a few days...

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. They are not helpful at all. If you report problems, they will probably say that you are "asking too much". And they have a small office, so even if they say yes, it will probably take foreever. SO, if I were to find an apartment again, I wouldn't use them again. Perhaps you shouldn't either...

They offered a house which was impossible to live in, and they kept refusing to listen to our requests. The house had a non-functioning water boiler, leaking pipes, windows that never open, cracked doors, etc. Our requests to fix these problems have been ignored. I will never have a deal with this agent--they are simply not professional. If you want to live in a reasonable house in Athens, you should find somebody else.
