I took my car in for an oil change and a car wash. After the service, I got to work and saw a lock washer on the passenger floor mat and noticed that the bar that slides the seat was detached. I immediately called the car wash and spoke to Jessica, the cashier. She was very pleasant and said if I brought the car back at my convenience, they'd look at it. When I got back there this morning, the owner confronted me and immediately said that he'd have to "take the side of his employees" and "that they probably didn't even notice it". I said, "All I know is that when I brought the car in, the handle wasn't broken when I got the car back, it was". He said, "Are you saying my guys broke it?" I replied by saying that "I used the handle to get into the back seat to clear out my stuff so they could clean the car, and it wasn't broken then. What am I supposed to think?" He replied by saying that he "wouldn't know the first thing about how to go about fixing a seat" and that I should "go and take it to a body shop or something". I replied, "So that's it? That's how your going to deal with it?" THEN HE REPLIED, "Are your trying to be smart?" This is how Crazy Ray's treats his customers. That's when I decided to write this review -- you can be your own judge.
